Vijay is the only male child who studied in LKG and UKG in Fathima School at Saligramam. After this he went to another school. When he was studying in LKG and UKG he had the habit of taking money from his father and used to buy pencil, rubber and pen for his co students. Recently Fathima School administration invited Vijay for their 50th year anniversary Celebrations. Vijay was quite happy about this.
In his 9th year his younger sister Vidhya died. In memory of her a production house V V Creations ( Vidhya-Vijay) was started. Naalaya Theerpu and Pandhayam was produced under this banner V V Creations. Every year he celebrates his sister’s birth anniversary. In a similar way he remembers his sister’e death anniversary every year.. He does not shoot for films on this day.
Vijay has three marriage halls ( Kalyana Mandapam) One is named after his son Josuan Sanjay, the other is named after his mother Shoba and the third one after his wife Sangeetha. The first marriages which took place in these halls were conducted free of cost.
Vijay’s favorite color is black. He wears black dresses whenever he goes out. His father also uses black color car. Vijay’s favorite number is No 8. Whenever Vijay is at home he prefers to have Saravana Bhavan meal at least one time a day.
